Ada started DJing at the tender age of thirteen. He played music for the infamous body popping and break dancing parties in the mid eighties. Evolution of music took him on a journey from Original Electro / Acid House, and onto the Rave scene. During this period he spent most of his time down the record stores snapping up whatever he could. In the early to mid 90’S Ada took inspiration from clubs in the West End of London. “Going to places like Peach & Strawberry Sundae’s was almost a religious event”. Ada began to organise similar events in his home town which were fought with a constant battle with authorities. Ada’s residency at Strawberry Sundae saw him play more than 150 sets. He also played at many leading venues across London including Café De Paris, Legends, Chunnel Club and Ministry Of Sound. He was offered the opportunity to play in Portugal and visited on many occasions including the sell-out Cream / Ultimate European tour with Carl Cox. He wrote many articles on music for Mixmag and DJ magazine which attracted more bookings across the United Kingdom.
More recently, Ada has been playing on Juice FM which he a regular Friday night ‘Electronic House’ session which he attempts to champion the best available music. His current music tastes stretch right across the spectrum however flavour of the month has to be sounds from, Cross Town Rebels, Soma, Get Physical, and Great Stuff, remixers Lee Foss, Seth Troxler, Jay Lumen, Pleasurekraft and Russ Yallop, give him plenty of inspiration.
